On the 6th October 2010 (an important date for your diary!), Network Luton in partnership with Kim Loveland of KL Consultancy will be launching the "People Buy People" programme with a taster session during the normal networking breakfast and then delivering a number of 'bite size' personal development sessions for Members of the group. The "People Buy People" sessions (built on a proven and trusted profiling model) are all about understanding ourselves and others better in order to build good working relationships and improve communication.

Why Choose Profiling?
The sessions have been structured to give you the understanding of how to identify and recognise a variety of personality types based upon four basic colours. The more we are self aware of what our personality type and those of others' is the easier it becomes to adapt our actions and language to the needs of others. The outcome? Each member will receive a 20 page printed and bound Personal Profile and a series of follow-on sessions the help interpret your profile and then to learn about the profile of others.

Through partnering with Kim Loveland of KL Consulting we're delighted to be able to offer access to "Insights Profiling" - a personal development tool that is only normally within the reach of the training departments of large corporate organisations. With the help and support of KL Consultancy, Network Luton will fund up to 100% of the cost of profiling to Members of Network Luton. The profiling report that forms the basis of the personal development training, being based upon four colours, is simple to comprehend yet is highly effective and reliable thanks to being rooted in the psycological modeling work of Carl Jung.
Six Important Dates for Your Diary

| 6th October 2010 | A free introduction session to understanding personality types, which will be an interactive and different session to usual and will be held during the normal Network Luton networking breakfast. To those who register, after the 6th October session, you will be given an opportunity to go online and complete a questionnaire which will take approx 20 minutes to complete. |
| 27th October 2010 | Personal Profile Session only open to those who have been profiled. The questionnaire will then result in a 20 page report, covering your personal style, decision making style, strengths, weaknesses, communication style, barriers to communication and development areas. This key development session will, last for one hour, post breakfast at which you will receive your own printed and bound copy of your own profile. |

| 8th December 2010 | Earth Green personality type - recognising and adapting |

| With the exception of the free introduction on 6th October, all of these sessions will be delivered to the group, after Network Luton meetings for an hour per session. |
Basis of Funding
We promised that this report would be funded for Members up to 100% by Network Luton. Here's how it works:
- If you have attended more than 30 Network Luton breakfast sessions this comprehensive personal report is absolutely FREE!!!!!!!
- But even if you have not managed to attend over 30 meetings as eat that many sausages we have some great discounted rates:
- If you have attended 20-30 meetings the cost of profiling is just £25 plus VAT
- If you have attended 10-20 meetings the cost of profiling is just £50 plus VAT
- If you have attended less than 10 meetings the cost of profiling is just £75 plus VAT
- Non-members may attend, profiling will be charged at a cost of £75 plus VAT
